Qualifications

• Experience in operations or analytics roles, preferably MerchantForce/COE.
• Strong ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent collaboration with senior leaders across functions.
• Advanced Excel and data-analysis skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage operating rhythm for the VP MO Leadership Team.
• Shape and manage the organization’s strategic agenda with milestones and measures.
• Develop and maintain MO KPIs, scorecards, dashboards, and reports.
• Own MO reporting, analyze results, identify trends and drivers.
• Track strategic initiatives, risks, dependencies, and issues.
• Support leadership presentations and executive communications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to advance priorities.
• Support town halls and colleague communications.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve reporting.
• Build relationships across an international organization.
