Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office 365, Excel, and AI tools in research/administrative work.
• Familiarity with academic technologies and enterprise apps (PeopleSoft, Blackboard, D2L, Brightspace, Coursedog, CRM).

Responsibilities

• Conduct research related to health and human services trends.
• Research potential grants and external funding opportunities.
• Support HHS initiatives and planning for the Graduate Genetic Counseling Program.
• Coordinate logistics for meetings, programs, and Annual Simulation Summit.
• Maintain and update content on the HHS website.
• Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, and program materials.
