Peak Performance Physical Therapy is seeking an Executive Assistant to the CEO who is highly organized and proactive. You will partner with the CEO to manage priorities, prepare for key meetings, and ensure important work keeps moving forward in a fast-paced environment.
In this role you will own the executive calendar, coordinate meetings, draft communications, handle confidential information, and support strategic projects from planning through completion.
The Executive Assistant to the CEO plays an important role in helping the CEO and organization operate effectively.
We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive professional who brings structure, sound judgment, strong follow-through, and thoughtful coordination to a fast-moving organization. You’ll work closely with the CEO to manage priorities, prepare for key meetings and commitments, coordinate communication and projects, and ensure important work continues moving forward.
This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership, anticipates needs, communicates professionally, and enjoys creating clarity and organization in a dynamic environment.

Most importantly, you take ownership. When something needs to be accomplished, you determine the appropriate next steps, engage the right people, ask thoughtful questions when needed, and help move the work forward.
