Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and judgment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior members of the Investor Relations team.
  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling, meetings, and competing priorities.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings with investors, clients, and senior stakeholders.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries.
  • Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Assist with investor meetings, events, and other team initiatives.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with a high degree of discretion.
  • Coordinate across internal teams and external contacts to ensure seamless execution.
  • Anticipate needs and proactively address administrative and logistical matters.
