Russell Tobin is seeking a poised executive-support professional to partner with the Creative Director of a luxury fine jewelry brand. You will manage calendars, communications, travel, and day-to-day scheduling with discretion and professionalism.

You will help develop long-term creative strategy, coordinate cross-functionally, and assist in events, launches, and VIP experiences, working onsite in Midtown Manhattan five days a week.

Qualifications

• Organized and discreet with strong judgment.
• Experience supporting a Creative Director or executive.
• Passionate about luxury, design, and fine jewelry.

Responsabilités

• Support the Creative Director's calendar, communications, travel and scheduling with precision.
• Coordinate with design, marketing, production, and sales to translate vision into actions.
• Prepare materials and briefs for meetings and creative reviews.
• Assist with long-term creative strategy, mood boards, and roadmaps.
• Plan and execute brand events, trunk shows, and VIP experiences.
