Russell Tobin is seeking a poised executive-support professional to partner with the Creative Director of a luxury fine jewelry brand. You will manage calendars, communications, travel, and day-to-day scheduling with discretion and professionalism.
You will help develop long-term creative strategy, coordinate cross-functionally, and assist in events, launches, and VIP experiences, working onsite in Midtown Manhattan five days a week.
Support and partner directly with the Creative Director of a luxury fine jewelry brand. Manage all aspects of the Creative Director’s world — calendar, communications, travel, and day-to-day scheduling — with precision, discretion, and professionalism.
