The Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer provides high-level administrative, operational, and strategic executive-office support to ensure the efficient functioning of the CEO’s office. This role manages calendar coordination, communications, travel, meetings, confidential information, and follow-up on key business priorities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, discreet, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders while exercising sound judgment, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times.
