This role requires availability at night and on the weekends.

The ideal candidate is a polished, strategic thinker who thrives in ambiguity, anticipates needs before they arise, and brings a strong sense of ownership to everything they do. This individual will play an instrumental role in maximizing the CEO's effectiveness, managing competing priorities, and ensuring seamless execution across business initiatives.

This position requires someone who is comfortable operating at both a strategic and tactical level, with exceptional judgment, discretion, and the ability to pivot quickly as priorities evolve.

  • Serve as a trusted gatekeeper and strategic partner, proactively managing the CEO's time, commitments, and daily workflow.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries, accommodations, transportation, and last-minute changes.
  • Act as a key liaison between the CEO, leadership team, investors, board members, and external business partners.
  • Prepare meeting materials, presentations, agendas, and briefing documents, ensuring the CEO is fully prepared for all engagements.
  • Track critical action items, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure timely execution of business priorities.
  • Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives, taking ownership from inception through completion.
  • Anticipate challenges, identify solutions, and proactively streamline processes to improve efficiency.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Provide occasional personal assistance and logistical support as needed.
  • Remain adaptable and responsive in a dynamic startup environment where priorities can shift quickly.

  • Prior experience directly supporting a CEO or founder strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex calendars, competing priorities, and demanding schedules with precision.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to anticipate needs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to interact with senior executives, investors, and high-profile stakeholders.
  • Highly proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented, with a willingness to take initiative and operate independently.
  • Excellent judgment, emotional intelligence, and discretion when handling confidential matters.
  • Comfortable leveraging technology, AI tools, and productivity platforms to improve efficiency.Ability to remain composed, flexible, and effective under pressure.
  • A hands-on, no-task-too-small mentality paired with the ability to think strategically and see the bigger picture.

This is not a traditional administrative position. The CEO is seeking a true partner who brings sound judgment, exceptional follow-through, and a genuine desire to contribute to the success of an ambitious organization.

This is an outstanding opportunity to work closely with a visionary CEO and become an integral part of a dynamic startup during an exciting stage of its evolution.
