  • Help keep initiatives organized by monitoring outstanding items, coordinating with internal partners, and making sure follow-up doesn’t get lost.
  • Provide administrative support for small and large-scale meetings, events, and other gatherings.
  • Manage expense reports for the CFO, documentation, and other administrative details with accuracy and consistent follow-through.
  • Assist with ad hoc ad support such as communications, team transitions, and other operational needs as they arise.
  • Serve as a reliable point of contact for sensitive matters, using discretion and good judgment.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Organized. You can keep multiple calendars, meetings, projects, and administrative details moving simultaneously without losing sight of what needs attention first.
  • Level-headed. You remain calm when navigating sensitive matters, make sound decisions, and know when to involve leadership.
  • Thorough. You take pride in accurate work and follow assignments through to completion.
  • Articulate. You communicate clearly and professionally.
