  • Minimum of five years of administrative office support, prior experience supporting C-suite or senior executives is required and board support is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; comfortable with coordinating complex calendars and travel arrangements.
  • Discretion, professionalism, and mature business acumen in interactions with executives and stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with a proactive attitude and service mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide proactive, discreet, and high‑level administrative and coordination support to the CEO, managing calendars, coordinating meetings, appointments, travel, and board commitments.
  • Coordinate domestic and international executive travel, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, itineraries, and related logistics; monitor arrangements, resolve disruptions.
  • Coordinate board, executive, and leadership meetings, including scheduling, invitations, agendas, materials, technology, rooms, catering, travel, and communications; ensure materials and logistics are accurate, complete, and delivered on time.
  • Operate as a key point of contact in the office, overseeing timely communication and information flow among executives, employees, board members, and internal and external stakeholders; draft and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, and meeting materials.
  • Track priorities, action items, decisions, and commitments to ensure timely follow-through, conducting research and supporting special projects and initiatives as requested by the CEO or leadership team.
  • Oversee day‑to‑day corporate office operations, including facilities, IT coordination, supplies, visitors, meeting spaces, and office logistics, while maintaining a professional, organized, and welcoming environment.
  • Coordinate onsite and offsite meetings, company events, and executive functions, including catering, room setup, technology, materials, transportation, and other logistical requirements.

  • Career administrative profile. You have a minimum of five (5) years of administrative office support. Prior experience supporting C‑suite or other senior executives is required and experience providing Board support is a plus!

The salary listed reflects the anticipated compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, location, business considerations, and internal equity. Final offer amounts are determined at the employer’s discretion.
