Job summary

Universal Health Services’ Ridge Behavioral Health System in Lexington, Kentucky, is seeking an Executive Assistant for the dayshift on a full-time basis to support the CEO and leadership team in a busy psychiatric hospital.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree is required.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 1 year of office or administrative experience required.
• Ability to maintain confidential information is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the CEO daily with letters, memorandums, corporate reports, and general office tasks.
• Coordinate credentialing for Medical Staff, performing credentialing and privileging reviews and maintaining up-to-date records on all Medical Staff members.
• Maintain files in an orderly and easily accessible manner, including administrative, corporate, financial, and contract files.
