Job summary

Ridge Behavioral Health System in Lexington, KY seeks an Executive Assistant – Full Time, Dayshift to support the CEO with letters, memos, reports, and general office tasks. You will coordinate credentialing for medical staff and maintain orderly files.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of administrative experience, an Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s preferred), and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

We are the only free‑standing psychiatric hospital in the Central Kentucky area. Please join our team as we expand our services to meet the needs of our community.

The Ridge Behavioral Health System is a 110‑bed hospital located in Lexington, KY. It provides psychiatric and substance use disorder treatment for children, adolescents, and adults. The Ridge offers Partial Hospitalization, Intensive Outpatient Programs, Individual Counseling, and Medication Management for all ages. We have provided behavioral health services to over 92 Kentucky counties for more than 39 years.

Responsibilities

• Assist the CEO daily with letters, memorandums, corporate reports, and general office responsibilities.
• Coordinate credentialing for medical staff, perform credentialing and privileging reviews, and maintain up‑to‑date records on all medical staff members.
• Maintain files in an orderly and easily accessible manner, including administrative, corporate, financial, and contract files.
