26 Keys Productions is seeking an experienced Assistant to the CEO based in Austin, TX, with heavy travel through early 2027. The role supports the CEO across professional, personal, travel, and production needs while coordinating complex domestic and international logistics.

The candidate will have 3–5+ years in high‑level executive support within film/television, exceptional discretion, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, travel‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in executive assistant or high‑level support role.
• Experience in film/television preferred.
• Willingness to travel frequently and for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Support the CEO across professional, personal, travel, family, and production needs.
• Coordinate and manage complex domestic and international travel logistics.
• Provide on‑the‑ground support during travel, events, productions, and shoots.
• Track expenses, receipts, and administrative items with accuracy.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
• Work with the CEO and Executive Assistant to ensure priorities are executed seamlessly.
