Ridge Behavioral Health System in Lexington, KY is seeking an administrative professional to support C-Suite and Sr Leaders, reporting to the CEO and assisting the Chief Nursing Officer to ensure high-quality care. You will help coordinate onboarding and manage confidential information.

You will join a 110-bed hospital serving children, adolescents and adults, with a long history of behavioral health services across Kentucky. This role offers career growth and a stable work environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree is required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1 year of office or administrative experience required.
• Ability to maintain confidential information is required.

Responsibilities

• Assists the C-Suite and Senior Leaders to ensure we are providing superior quality healthcare
• Ensures seamless onboarding of our physician staff
• Facilitates facility special projects and events
• Ensure compliance for physician files, on call schedules, staffing reports, reporting needs
• Desires a culture of teamwork, professionalism and treating everyone as a guest
