Qualifications
- Current license to practice professional nursing in KY.
- BSN from CCNE-accredited nursing program required; MSN strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years nursing and supervisory/administrative experience.
- Familiarity with The Joint Commission and other regulatory bodies.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities contributing to a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate a patient-centric nursing strategy across the hospital.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality, cost-effective health care aligned with UHS mission and regulatory standards.
- Participate in hospital strategic planning and achievement of institutional goals.
- Provide executive oversight and guidance to nursing staff and clinical programs.
