Job summary

The Ridge Behavioral Health System in Lexington, KY, seeks a Chief Nursing Officer to lead a patient-centered nursing strategy within a 110-bed hospital and integrated care programs.

As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, the CNO will ensure delivery of high-quality care in line with UHS standards, regulatory requirements, and the organization's mission, guiding clinical operations and staff development.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice professional nursing in KY.
• BSN from CCNE-accredited program; MSN preferred.
• Minimum 4 years nursing and supervisory/administrative experience.
• Familiar with The Joint Commission and other regulatory bodies.
• Demonstrated leadership to direct and monitor teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead patient-centric nursing strategy and coordinate high-quality care.
• Support strategic planning and achievement of hospital goals.
• Collaborate with Senior Leadership and corporate partners.
