Job summary

Marin Community Foundation is looking for a full-time Executive Assistant to support the Chief Community Impact Officer and Chief Philanthropy Officer. This role involves high-level administrative duties, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and supporting communication efforts.

The ideal candidate has a B.A./B.S. degree and at least three years of experience in an administrative role within a nonprofit environment. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for success in this dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of applicable work experience in an administrative role.
  • Experience supporting multiple senior executives in a nonprofit environment.
  • Strong planning, prioritization, and follow-through abilities.
  • Familiarity with donor relations or philanthropy operations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to CCIO and CPO.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and travel.
  • Assist in preparing monthly board dockets.
  • Manage communications with internal and external stakeholders.
