Saint Alphonsus Health System, part of Trinity Health, seeks an Executive Assistant to the Chief Nurse Executive in Boise, Idaho. This role supports the President/CEO and CFO, screens visitors and calls, and coordinates meetings and travel. Strong MS Office skills and executive-level experience are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• Seven years of secretarial experience with five years at the executive level required.
• Demonstrates independent judgment in prioritizing inquiries and tasks.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
