Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting multiple executives concurrently.
• Experience supporting senior leaders in media, entertainment, or technology preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); knowledge of expense and travel systems (e.g., Concur, Workday).

Responsibilities

• Manage three complex calendars simultaneously.
• Address scheduling conflicts before they occur.
• Coordinate travel within the country and abroad, including itineraries and accommodations.
• Plan complex meetings, offsites, and team events with agendas and logistics.
• Prepare and proofread decks, memos, and materials for executives and partners.
• Take notes and track action items; ensure deliverables across all three executives.
