Job summary

Kids for the Future seeks an Executive Assistant to support the Chief Stewardship and Development Officer. The role focuses on high-level administrative duties, calendar management, and coordination of meetings, agendas, and materials to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities with sound judgment and discretion. Experience in nonprofit fundraising and donor relations is highly valued.

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred in business administration, communications, nonprofit management, or related field.
  • Minimum of three to five years of executive administrative support experience.
  • Experience supporting senior leadership or nonprofit leadership preferred.
  • Experience in development, fundraising, or faith-based environment preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the executive calendar, schedule appointments, meetings, travel, and events.
  • Prepare agendas, materials, reports, and summaries for meetings.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries as needed.
  • Provide administrative support for board and leadership meetings.
  • Draft donor acknowledgments and stewardship communications.
