Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Supply Chain Execution leadership in Bellevue, WA. You will manage calendars, coordinate complex schedules across time zones, and handle travel and expenses while acting as a trusted partner to senior leaders.

The role requires discretion, superb organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of senior level leadership support.
• High school or equivalent diploma.
• Experience with executive level calendar management.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex calendar and scheduling to support teams in multiple locations and time zones.
• Anticipate needs and drive improvements.
• Act as a trusted business partner to Director and management.
• Manage expense reports and travel (domestic and international).
• Organize and assist with team activities (meetings, all-hands, off-sites, events).
• Manage team space, moves, and re-configurations.
• Collaborate with leadership, recruiting, and other EAs to support the organization.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
