We’re looking for a proactive, detail-loving Executive Assistant / Project Manager to join our remote team. In this role, you’ll be the right hand to leadership and the glue that helps keep projects, communication, and operations flowing smoothly. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, are obsessed with productivity tools (yes, we’re big fans of ClickUp), and enjoy making systems better - you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Do:
Calendar Management: Own the team’s schedule like a pro. Coordinate meetings, avoid double-bookings, and keep our days running smoothly.
Task & Project Management: Keep projects on track using ClickUp. Prioritize tasks, set deadlines, follow up, and help the team stay focused and productive.
Workflow Wizardry: Build out automations, clean up task tags, optimize views — basically, help us get the most out of our tools.
Team Communication: Be the go-to person for reminders, updates, and nudges on Slack. You’ll help the right info reach the right people at the right time.
Proactive Support: Think ahead, spot problems before they happen, and offer solutions that make everyone’s workday easier.
Project Oversight: Help keep an eye on timelines and deliverables, making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
