Job Summary (Cybersecurity Project Manager - Solventum)

Location: remote

• Provide leadership and direction to project teams, overseeing project execution to ensure deliverables are met on time, within budget, and in scope.
• Proactively identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks and issues for assigned projects, including managing cross-project interdependencies.
• Serve as primary point of contact for executive sponsors and stakeholders, maintaining regular communication and providing status updates.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and major deliverables to align with business goals and outcomes.
• Establish and follow proper project governance in accordance with enterprise policies and practices.
• Maintain responsibility for project financials, including cost control, forecasting, and reporting budget variances.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, work plans, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to PMO methodologies and best practices.
• Lead and deliver Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects, requiring recent and extensive IAM experience.
• Coordinate and manage multiple teams, potentially across various locations and time zones, in complex IT and business environments.
• Ensure effective escalation support, conflict resolution, and stakeholder relationship management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrate empathy and adaptability in managing diverse personalities and team dynamics.
