Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in executive support, office management, and project coordination.
• Advanced MS Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables and complex formulas.
• Experience with expense management software (Concur preferred).
• Familiarity with project tracking software.
• Strong written and verbal communication; excellent time management.

Responsibilities

• Manage C-suite calendars and complex travel logistics.
• Prepare and track monthly executive expense reports; liaise with accounting.
• Oversee daily office operations and vendor relationships.
• Scope, schedule, and track cross-functional projects from inception to completion.
• Build and maintain detailed spreadsheets to track metrics and data.
