Job summary

Duro-Last, a leading designer and manufacturer inside Amrize Building Envelope, is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Accessories line in Oscoda, MI. You will coordinate PVC roofing fabrication, raw materials, and finished goods, partnering with Operations leadership to meet customer demand.

You will drive a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement on the shop floor, balancing priorities across multiple work centers while ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or equivalent.
• 3 years of Duro-Last operations or prior supervisory experience.
• Basic computer skills. Experience with Amrize related systems is a plus.
• Travel is exceptionally rare for this role; any travel relates to growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee PVC roofing product fabrication and material coordination.
• Prioritize jobs across work centers to meet customer demand.
• Lead shop floor teams and foster teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Monitor safety, lead time, and quality; address near-miss reports as needed.
• Support payroll and production control systems using computer tools.

We're seeking a Production Supervisor-Accessories who's ready to be part of an innovative, people-first brand shaping the future of the roofing industry.

About The Role

The Accessories Production Supervisor oversees the custom fabrication of PVC roofing products, the coordination of raw materials, and the transfer of finished goods. They will work with the Operations Manager and the Production Coordinator to prioritize jobs across different work centers to meet customer demand. They will be a key figure in driving the culture of teamwork and continuous improvement across the facility.

What You'll Accomplish

• Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors.
• Along with the leadership team, monitors and addresses near miss reports.
• Covers floor supervision duties overseeing production, stockroom, and shipping employees
• Understands process inputs and outputs to accurately predict lead time.
• Serves as a point person for shop floor questions regarding production priorities and quality.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate within their own and other departments.
• Works with the leadership team on continuous improvement / corrective action projects.
• Root cause / corrective action activities as needed for any safety incident or quality escape.
• Computer use for managing payroll and production control systems.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: High School or equivalent
• Required Work Experience: 3 years of Duro-Last operations or prior supervisory experience.
• Required Computer and Software Skills: Basic computer skills. Experience with Amrize related systems is a plus.
• Travel Requirements: Travel is exceptionally rare for this role. Any travel would be specifically related to individual or department growth in this role.
