Job summary

CLARK & CLARK REAL ESTATE INC in West Michigan is seeking an Executive Assistant & Operations Manager to serve as a true right-hand to the CEO. This hybrid, full-time role focuses on freeing the CEO to focus on high-value work while building systems, managing programs, and guiding projects across residential real estate, wholesale, and fix‑and‑flip initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in executive support, operations, project management or a similar high-responsibility role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to create order from chaos.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling, appointments and meeting coordination.
• Organize and respond to the CEO’s email inbox; draft responses and handle communications when appropriate.
• Build and maintain systems, SOPs and workflows to scale the business.
• Oversee performance reporting, expenses and budgets in collaboration with the bookkeeper.
• Coordinate with VAs, vendors, contractors and team members to keep projects moving.
