As the Executive Assistant with this respected association, you will serve as a strategic partner to the COO, helping to keep the executive office organized, responsive, and operating at a high level. Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategically manage the COO’s calendar, coordinating meetings and priorities with senior executives, clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate comprehensive domestic travel arrangements, ensuring smooth logistics, detailed itineraries, and efficient scheduling.
  • Prepare, review, and edit executive correspondence, briefing materials, and presentations with keen attention to detail and tone, including board meeting materials.
  • Act as a trusted liaison for executive communications, handling sensitive interactions with discretion, sound judgment, and professionalism.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of organizational initiatives and leadership priorities to support executive decision-making and strategic goals.
  • Process, reconcile, and track expense reports with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Demonstrate advanced technical proficiency across Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, with the ability to create polished, executive-level presentations and produce consistently accurate, detail-oriented work.
  • Anticipate needs, proactively identify solutions, and adapt quickly to shifting demands in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate across the administrative support team to provide additional assistance and contribute to broader organizational objectives when needed.
