Job Overview – Executive Assistant (Investor Relations):Compensation: $125,000 – $145,000/year + bonusLocation: New York, NYSchedule: Monday to Friday (In-Office)Our client is hiring an Executive Assistant (Investor Relations) in New York, NY to support senior leadership in a fast-paced private equity environment. Responsibilities include managing complex calendars, coordinating investor meetings and roadshows, preparing presentations, and maintaining CRM systems such as DealCloud or Salesforce. Ideal candidates are highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in financial services.Responsibilities as the Executive Assistant:
  • Calendar & Meeting Management: Coordinate investor meetings, calls, and internal events across multiple time zones.
  • Travel & Roadshow Support: Organize complex domestic and international travel and logistics for investor roadshows.
  • Event Planning: Assist with investor events, including annual meetings, conferences, and webinars.
  • Expense & Presentation Management: Handle expense reporting and prepare polished presentation materials.
  • CRM & Data Tracking: Maintain accurate investor records in CRM platforms like DealCloud or Salesforce.
Qualifications for the Executive Assistant:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is required.
  • Experience:5-7 years as an Executive Assistant, ideally in Investor Relations or supporting senior leadership in financial services.
  • Technical Skills:Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel), with preferred experience using CRM platforms such as DealCloud or Salesforce.
  • Skills & Attributes:Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, confidential environment.
