Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives
  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination
  • Coordinate virtual meetings using Zoom and Microsoft Teams
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, itineraries, and expense reporting
  • Screen calls, manage correspondence, and respond professionally
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and other executive-level documents
  • Handle highly confidential information with discretion
  • Support department initiatives, meetings, and special events
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and cross-functional coordination

  • Prepare presentations, reports, and other executive-level documents
  • Handle highly confidential information with discretion
  • Support department initiatives, meetings, and special events
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and cross-functional coordination
