  • Manage complex calendars across multiple senior stakeholders.
  • Coordinate domestic travel and occasional international travel logistics.
  • Own expense management and administrative workflows end‑to‑end.
  • Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively solve operational challenges.
  • Act as a steady, professional presence in a fast‑paced executive environment.
  • Support meeting coordination and day‑to‑day executive effectiveness.
  • Provide occasional personal support when needed, though the role is primarily business‑focused.

Job Title: Executive Assistant to Investment Executives

Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid — 3 days onsite in SoMa: Tuesday–Thursday)

Compensation: $125,000–$175,000 base + Bonus

The Opportunity

We’re partnering with our client to identify an Executive Assistant who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys being a trusted partner to senior leaders. This role will support three executives (two Managing Directors and one senior team member) and offers broad visibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to grow alongside a well‑respected team.

The ideal candidate is polished, highly organized, self‑sufficient, and comfortable operating around senior investment professionals without needing extensive direction or structure.

Key Responsibilities
