We Are Hiring
  • Department: Ascension Human Resource - Executive Office
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, Standard Business Hours
  • Location: Remote
What You Will Do

Provides administrative support for executives.

  • Coordinate schedules, visitors, telephone calls, meetings, deadlines and presentations to ensure the executive office functions seamlessly
  • Maintain executive office calendar
  • Schedule and coordinate management meetings, conferences, special events, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare and distribute subsequent correspondence as needed and follow up on action items to ensure completion
  • Prepare and coordinate the preparation of correspondences, reports, presentation materials and other written communications as required
  • Monitor financial and budget information and prepare data for review
  • Provide input to performance management
What You Will Need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
    • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
Additional Preferences
  • Create/Management of System Office POs includingrequesting new supplier registrations, requesting and tracking POs and processing invoice payments and corporate P card transactions
  • Support busy Voyager logistics/travel assistance/on-site meeting support
  • Process System Office expense reports utilizing Peoplesoft
  • Support Sr. EA Team, Supv. and ALT Admin for calendaring and projects utilizing Google Workspace
  • Ops leadership retreat/Immersion retreat logistical planning and onsite meeting support
  • Support on site meeting logistics including negotiating hotel contracts for HR execs team travel and Voyager travel (logistics and reservations)
