Job description

Our client, a private equity firm, is looking for a Temp to Perm Executive Assistant to support an Executive. This is an incredible opportunity for someone to join an exciting company and work alongside the best in the business.

This assignment starts asap and will last for about 3 months, with potential to extend.This is role is fully remote.

Hours: 9am – 6pm

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the executive team and Chief of Staff to support daily tasks and outreach prioritization
  • Maintain an executives, calendar and inbox
  • Support and maintain consistent and professional communication
  • Schedule meetings, set agendas, take notes, and support follow up
  • Support drafting and follow-up of executive correspondence
  • Maintain the executive's address book and the firm’s CRM regular data updates and maintenance
  • Support firm’s file system organization and upkeep
  • Support HR functions as needed
  • Coordinate with IT support to resolve technical problems efficiently
  • Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and conferences
  • Coordinate mail with the various virtual mailboxes


Qualifications:

  • 4-5 years of professional/corporate experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Must be tech savvy
  • Ability to self-motivate and work with limited supervision
  • Exceptionally strong skills working in MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
