As the company continues to grow, the leadership team is looking for an experienced and highlyorganised Executive Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to multiplecompany owners. The Executive Assistant will work closely with the company's leadership team, providing day-to-day administrative support and helping ensure that important tasks, deadlines, communications, and follow-ups don't fall through the cracks. The role will initially be part-time, with the potential to increase to full-time as the workload develops and the working relationship progresses.
We're looking for an experienced Executive Assistant or Administrative Professional who is confident supporting senior leaders and can manage competing priorities independently.

Detail-oriented: From proofreading documents to tracking employee hours and administrative information, accuracy is extremely important.
Experienced: The company is specifically looking for someone who understands how executives operate and can anticipate their needs rather than someone who requires significant hand-holding.
