You will build predictive data infrastructure and workforce architectures to forecast where productivity gains will emerge next and how jobs may evolve with AI.

Compensation:

• Base pay range of $225,000 - $270,000 USD, with equity for all employees.
• Some roles also eligible for bonuses or commissions.
