Ashby Lumber is seeking an Executive Assistant - Sales & Marketing to partner with our VP of Sales & Marketing and keep a busy multi-location operation organized and moving forward. This role blends executive support with sales and marketing coordination, from preparing meetings and tracking priorities to supporting campaigns, events, and our sales teams.

Strong organizational, communication, and collaborative skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of EA, admin, sales support, or marketing coordination experience.
• Experience supporting a senior leader.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage calendars, meetings, communications, and follow-ups
• Prepare meeting materials and keep action items moving
• Support sales reporting, meetings, promotions, and CRM upkeep
• Create and schedule social media content and assist with website updates
• Coordinate with marketing vendors and support campaigns and promotional materials
• Help plan contractor events, trainings, vendor meetings, and customer events
• Take ownership of special projects and help turn ideas into action
