Job summary

Amazon is seeking an onsite Executive Assistant I in Cupertino to support multiple directors who engineer the hardware AWS runs on. You will manage calendars, coordinate travel, process expenses, and help keep operations running smoothly so leaders can focus on strategic priorities.

You will prepare materials for meetings, partner with engineers and program managers, and contribute to team culture through events and effective communications.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of senior level leadership support, or 1+ years of Amazon experience.
• High school or equivalent diploma.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
• Experience with executive level calendar management.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars for multiple directors and resolve conflicts.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports.
• Plan and execute team events, off-sites, and engagement activities.
• Prepare and curate content for meetings, presentations, and communications for leaders.
• Partner with facilities to address onsite office needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and workflows.
