FOX News Channel in New York, NY is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior executives with calendar management, travel planning, and presentation creation. You will prepare and update PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, and Excel charts, and respond to inquiries with discretion and professionalism.

In this fast-paced environment, you will anticipate priorities, schedule meetings, and manage confidential information.

Competenze

• 3+ years of administrative experience supporting senior level executives
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with executives, assistants and other internal and external constituents
• Ability to multitask and respond quickly to changing priorities
• Proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Must be poised, polished and professional

Mansioni

• Heavy calendar management
• Prepare expense reports, coordinate travel
• Prepare and update Power Point Presentations, Word documents and Excel charts
• Respond to Executive's inquiries as appropriate
