Justin Gabbard Farmers Agency in Topeka, KS seeks a full-time insurance sales professional with strong customer service and a proactive sales mindset. You will develop quotes, present plans, close sales, and build relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, and other referral sources.

Responsibilities include meeting production goals, taking premiums, following up promptly, and leveraging provided leads.

• Possess a Property & Casualty license.
• Possess a Life & Health license.
• Strong sales and customer service mindset.
• Ability to prospect and build relationships with referral sources.

• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
