Temple University is seeking an Assistant Director for Undergraduate Enrichment. This role reports to the Associate Vice Provost for Undergraduate Education and leads day-to-day activities, programs, and events supporting undergraduate research, enrichment, and experiential learning.
It includes student advising support, managing applications, and coordinating data, with collaboration across colleges and centers to enhance student success.

Reporting to and in support of the Associate Vice Provost for Undergraduate Education, the incumbent administers the day-to-day activities of the undergraduate research, scholarship, academic enrichment, and experiential learning programs and initiatives in the portfolio of Undergraduate Education within the Office of the Provost. This position manages administrative procedures for Undergraduate Education’s internal competitions and awards and related events, presentations, workshops, and activities. In addition, the incumbent provides critical initial student advising support for early research experiences, faculty mentor identification, and other academic engagement and experiential learning opportunities; is responsible for promoting programs and initiatives to support and expand all aspects of undergraduate research and creative scholarship across campus including design and delivery of information sessions and production of print and web materials; manages applications and database systems and coordinates application processes; evaluates and uses technology to improve efficiency and user experience; tracks program data and facilitates assessment; and disburses funding to student awardees. This position will work collaboratively within the Undergraduate Education portfolio, in particular the Sullivan Honors College, Career Center, Fellowships Advising, and Pre-Professional Health Advising, and across Temple’s campus to support and promote experiential learning and student success in support of Temple’s strategic plan. Other duties as assigned.
