Job summary

Alium Health in Scottsdale seeks an Executive Assistant and Assistant Practice Manager to support the CEO and progressively oversee clinic operations. You will manage calendars, prepare reports, and coordinate meetings with precision while maintaining confidentiality.

The role blends administrative leadership with front-line clinic workflow support as training completes. Travel between clinic locations may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Two years in a medical clinic or healthcare setting preferred.
• Experience supporting a manager or executive.
• Knowledge of medical office operations and patient workflows.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Teams, and shared file systems.
• Comfort learning new healthcare and business applications.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and confidentiality.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage CEO calendar, appointments, meetings, deadlines, and priorities.
• Coordinate meetings with agendas, virtual links, rooms, and materials.
• Draft, edit, and format executive documents and reports.
• Create Excel trackers and data summaries with formulas.
• Maintain confidential files using Microsoft 365 platforms.
• Provide travel arrangements and expense documentation support.
• Support clinic operations and staff workflow as training progresses.
• Assist with operational projects and process improvements.
