Job summary

Revitalis in Scottsdale, AZ seeks a Practice Operations Assistant / Clinical Administrative Coordinator to join a premier surgical and aesthetic team. You will work with the Surgical PA and Practice Manager, learning the full lifecycle of a private medical practice from revenue cycle management to clinical workflow efficiency.

The role is a long-term position designed for growth in healthcare administration and operations, with a stable Monday–Friday schedule and no nights or weekends.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn clinical protocols (sterilization, sterile fields).
• Desire to master medical administration and operations.
• Ability to adapt to private practice workflows.

Responsibilities

• Autoclave and sterilize instruments following OSHA protocols.
• Prepare and turnover surgical suites and exam rooms between patients.
• Room patients for the Surgical PA and ensure needed supplies.
• Manage clinical inventory and expiration tracking.
• Act as primary float for Practice Manager and support front desk.
• Triage calls, schedule consultations, and assist with check-in/check-out.
• Coordinate pre-operative documentation and authorizations.
