Faire is seeking an Executive Business Partner to support the Brand pillar leaders in a hybrid San Francisco environment. You will manage calendars, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and help leaders stay focused on strategic priorities.
As a trusted thought partner, you’ll run operating rhythms, plan onsite events, and foster strong relationships with senior leaders, employees, and external partners, while safeguarding confidentiality and ensuring timely follow-ups.
Our Exec Support team keeps things running smoothly, anticipating needs, and proactively clearing the path for our leaders and teams to do their best work. We're looking for an experienced and highly motivated Executive Business Partner to support the cross-functional leaders of our Brand pillar. The ideal candidate has prior experience supporting multiple leaders, has seen and experienced scale firsthand, and is passionate about making an impact in this role.
San Francisco, CA: This position offers an hourly pay range of $55.75–$76.70. This role will also be eligible for equity and benefits. Actual base pay will be determined based on permissible factors such as transferable skills, work experience, market demands, and primary work location. The base pay range provided is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
Hybrid Faire employees currently go into the office 3 days per week on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and a third flex day of their choosing (Monday, Wednesday, or Friday). Additionally, hybrid in-office roles will have the flexibility to work remotely up to 4 weeks per year. Specific Workplace and Information Technology positions may require onsite attendance 5 days per week as will be indicated in the job posting.
