Job Description

As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a proactive and organized Executive Assistant to support the owner and founder of Somerled. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for multitasking, we want to hear from you!

Your primary responsibilities will include managing the owner's schedule, handling correspondence, coordinating meetings, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage the owner's schedule, ensuring all appointments, meetings, and deadlines are organized and up-to-date.
  • Communication: Handle email correspondence, phone calls, and other communications on behalf of the owner. Draft, edit, and proofread documents as needed.
  • Meeting Coordination: Arrange and coordinate virtual meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Travel Arrangements: Plan and book travel accommodations, including flights, hotels, and transportation, as needed.
  • Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records. Assist with project management and special projects as assigned.
  • Task Management: Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to deadlines.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Monday.com.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
