Founded by insurtech veterans with deep experience in SaaS and digital claims – and venture-backed by Bain Capital and Altai Ventures – Reserv began operations in May 2022 and has rapidly expanded.
The Executive Assistant at Reserv is a force-multiplier role focused on bringing tremendous leverage to four key stakeholders – the CEO, COO, VP of Growth, and VP of Strategy – to maximize those stakeholders’ effectiveness. The EA will do so in two primary ways: (1) effective calendar management as the gatekeeper-in-the-know who is able to rapidly reconfigure stakeholders’ calendars as Reserv priorities and needs shift, and (2) assistance in the stakeholders’ personal lives to enable all four stakeholders to maximize the undivided attention they provide to the company.
