Executive Administrative Assistant
Downtown Columbia Area | Onsite, Full-Time
Pay Rate: $26–$28 per hour
Schedule: 37.5 hours per week (8:30am to 5pm)

What You’ll Do
- Managing executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating logistics
- Preparing, organizing, and maintaining documents, records, and files
- Creating and tracking procurement‑related requests and documentation
- Coordinating travel arrangements and processing travel reimbursements
- Taking detailed notes during leadership meetings and distributing summaries promptly
- Serving as a professional point of contact for internal and external inquiries
- Assisting with department‑wide initiatives, meetings, and staff events
- Collaborating with other administrative professionals to support daily operations
- Learning organizational systems and processes quickly and proactively
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in an administrative or executive support role
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort working in a structured environment with established processes
- Willingness and ability to learn new systems and procedures quickly
Experience with ERP, procurement, or travel systems is a plus, but not required for candidates who are adaptable and quick learners.
Preferred Background (Nice to Have)
- Experience supporting senior or executive leadership
- Exposure to media, communications, or similarly fast‑paced industries
- Project coordination or operational support experience
- Background in government, higher education, or large organizations
- Proactive, reliable, and highly organized
- Discreet and professional when handling sensitive information
- Service‑oriented with strong interpersonal skills
- Confident working independently while collaborating with a team
