Education First is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our mission-driven education policy consultancy. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Administrative Operations, Executive Assistants manage complex calendars, event and travel logistics, and budget tracking and expense reconciliation. This role balances two core functions: providing Executive Support to three senior leaders, while serving as the administrative and logistics lead for in-person and virtual client meetings, convenings and engagements. Additionally, you will support building internal culture and contributing to the Executive Assistant Team’s goals, learning, and initiatives.
Own and drive calendar management for complex internal, client-based, and project-based scheduling
Manage end-to-end travel for the leaders you support
Copyedit and support design of near final deliverables as needed
Serve as the Project Administrator, managing logistics for projects led by senior leaders
Foster a rich Home Team and Internal Team culture
Contribute to EA team goals, learning, and initiatives
Provide temporary coverage for other EAs on PTO/leave

The salary for this position is $73,600. Employees living in cities with higher cost of living may receive a location-based supplement equivalent to 1-5% of the base salary.
