Simon-Kucher is seeking an Executive Assistant to partner with two Partners in a fast-paced global consulting environment. The role blends administrative rigor with strategic support, ensuring calendars, communications, and projects stay prioritized and organized.

You will work cross-functionally to enable high-impact work, coordinate meetings, support business development, and help manage sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years supporting senior leaders in consulting, professional services, or fast-paced environments.
  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail with ability to manage complexity.
  • Strong written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.
  • High emotional intelligence, discretion, and sound judgment.
  • Proactive and adaptable with independence and tact.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, Slack).

Responsibilities

  • Manage Partners’ calendars and inboxes around strategic priorities.
  • Prepare Partners for key meetings with context, materials, and pre-reads.
  • Track priorities, deadlines, decisions, and commitments for follow-through.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, calls, and events from planning through follow-up.
  • Support client-facing work through scheduling, CRM updates, contracts, travel, and logistics.
  • Coordinate with firm leadership and partners across countries/time zones and budgets.

To support the teams working on our exciting projects, we are looking for Executive Assistant In the United States - Remote: California | Washington

This role intentionally combines the breadth of a traditional Administrative Assistant position with the depth, judgment, and proactive partnership of a senior Executive Assistant. It supports two Partners in a global consulting environment by ensuring operational excellence, disciplined priority management, and reliable follow-through across client work, business development, firm leadership, and recruiting.

The role goes beyond task execution. You will serve as a high-trust extension of the Partners; bringing order, clarity, and foresight to a fast-moving environment so the Partners can stay focused on high-impact work.

About You
  • You’ll be a trusted operational and strategic partner to the Partners, bringing structure, foresight, and sound judgment to their day-to-day work.
  • You’ll anticipate needs, manage competing priorities with discretion, and help create a focused, efficient, and professional experience for Partners, clients, and colleagues.
How You Will Create An Impact
Executive Support
  • Manage Partners’ calendars and inboxes around strategic priorities, proactively resolving conflicts and prioritizing communications.
  • Prepare Partners for key meetings with the right context, materials, and pre-reads.
  • Track priorities, deadlines, decisions, and commitments to ensure consistent follow-through and early risk identification.
Meeting & Project Coordination
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, calls, and events from planning through follow-up.
  • Lead ad hoc projects and process improvements that increase efficiency and responsiveness.
Client & Business Development
  • Support client-facing work through scheduling, CRM updates, contracts, travel, gifting, and other logistics.
  • Maintain client and prospect information and opportunity pipelines to support business development.
  • Coordinate marketing and profile-building initiatives, including conferences, webinars, white papers, outreach, and content.
Cross-Functional Operations
  • Coordinate with Partners, firm leadership, clients, and external partners across countries and time zones.
  • Partner with Legal, HR, Marketing, IT, Operations, Finance, and Accounts Payable on business needs, budgets, and expenses.
  • Provide backup support for other assistants and contribute to office initiatives and continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience, with 10+ years supporting senior leaders in consulting, professional services, or similarly fast-paced environments.
  • Exceptional organization, prioritization, and attention to detail, with the ability to manage complexity and competing priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence working with senior stakeholders and clients.
  • High emotional intelligence, discretion, and sound judgment, with the ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to anticipate needs, work independently, and navigate challenges with tact.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools including Teams, Zoom, and Slack.
  • Strong problem-solving, accuracy, follow-through, and service orientation.

  • Partners’ time and priorities are well managed, with calendars and inboxes aligned to what matters most.
  • Meetings are well prepared, organized, and run smoothly, with fewer last-minute issues.

  • Clients, colleagues, and teams experience smooth, responsive, and consistently professional coordination throughout all initiatives.

Total compensation for this role includes base salary, eligibility for annual merit-based increases, and a comprehensive benefits package.

The base salary range for this position is between $95,000 to $105,000 per year for U.S. roles. Specific compensation within these ranges will depend on factors such as experience, skills, and location. Salary ranges are reviewed periodically to ensure alignment with market conditions.
