It supports two Partners in a global consulting environment by ensuring operational excellence, disciplined priority management, and reliable follow-through across client work, business development, firm leadership, and recruiting.
The role goes beyond task execution. You will serve as a high-trust extension of the Partners; bringing order, clarity, and foresight to a fast-moving environment so the Partners can stay focused on high-impact work.

What makes us special:

  • Unlock the power of opportunity. Advance your career in a thriving company with a startup feel. We invest in your professional development every step of the way.
  • Work in a values-driven culture. At Simon-Kucher, our vision is to become the world's leading growth specialist. Our values guide the way we do business and communicate our distinctiveness. They sum up what we stand for, influence our culture, and drive how and why we do things.
  • Invest in your future. All US and Canadian employees enjoy 401(k) & RRSP benefits with company matching.
  • Prioritize your health and well-being. No matter where you live, we offer a competitive suite of health benefits to help keep you and your loved ones safe.
  • Enjoy balance and flexible working. Be empowered to do your best work – whether it’s from home or in the office.
About You:
  • You’ll be a trusted operational and strategic partner to the Partners, bringing structure, foresight, and sound judgment to their day-to-day work.
  • You’ll anticipate needs, manage competing priorities with discretion, and help create a focused, efficient, and professional experience for Partners, clients, and colleagues.
How you will create an impact:
Executive Support
  • Manage Partners’ calendars and inboxes around strategic priorities, proactively resolving conflicts and prioritizing communications.
  • Prepare Partners for key meetings with the right context, materials, and pre-reads.
  • Track priorities, deadlines, decisions, and commitments to ensure consistent follow-through and early risk identification.
Meeting & Project Coordination
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, calls, and events from planning through follow-up.
  • Lead ad hoc projects and process improvements that increase efficiency and responsiveness.
Client & Business Development
  • Support client-facing work through scheduling, CRM updates, contracts, travel, gifting, and other logistics.
  • Maintain client and prospect information and opportunity pipelines to support business development.
  • Coordinate marketing and profile-building initiatives, including conferences, webinars, white papers, outreach, and content.
Cross-Functional Operations
  • Coordinate with Partners, firm leadership, clients, and external partners across countries and time zones.
  • Partner with Legal, HR, Marketing, IT, Operations, Finance, and Accounts Payable on business needs, budgets, and expenses.
  • Provide backup support for other assistants and contribute to office initiatives and continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience, with 10+ years supporting senior leaders in consulting, professional services, or similarly fast-paced environments.
  • Exceptional organization, prioritization, and attention to detail, with the ability to manage complexity and competing priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence working with senior stakeholders and clients.
  • High emotional intelligence, discretion, and sound judgment, with the ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to anticipate needs, work independently, and navigate challenges with tact.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools including Teams, Zoom, and Slack.
  • Strong problem solving, accuracy, follow-through, and service orientation.
Success in This Role Looks Like
  • Partners’ time and priorities are well managed, with calendars and inboxes aligned to what matters most.
  • Meetings are well prepared, organized, and run smoothly, with fewer last‑minute issues.
  • Deadlines and commitments are tracked and reliably met, with risks identified early.
