Executive AssistantPosition SummaryColorado Network Staffing (CNS) is seeking a dependable, discreet, and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide executive-level administrative, clerical, and data-entry support to senior leadership at the Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska.The Executive Assistant will manage administrative workflows, executive calendars, correspondence, records, meetings, deadlines, and communications while safeguarding sensitive information. The role requires frequent interaction with senior leadership, military and civilian personnel, installation organizations, external agencies, and other stakeholders.The position routinely requires computer and telephone use, document preparation, electronic records management, meeting coordination, and other professional administrative activities.Ad hoc or situational telework may be permitted only when approved and operationally supportable and must be performed using authorized government-furnished equipment.Physical DemandsThis position is primarily sedentary and requires prolonged periods of sitting, computer use, telephone communication, document preparation, and other administrative activities.The position may occasionally require standing, walking within an office or installation environment, handling files and records, and moving light office materials.Position Type / Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time, primarily on-site, contract-supported position.
