AppleOne Employment Services is seeking an Executive Assistant (Bilingual Mandarin) to support hotel operations and executive administration. This fully onsite role offers work at Newport Beach, CA with some Diamond Bar, CA flexibility and approximately three days per week in Newport Beach.
You will maintain rates and content across booking channels, monitor KPIs, reviews, and digital content, and assist with reporting and coordination in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Range: $30–$40/hour DOE Position Overview: Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support hotel operations, digital platforms, and executive-level administrative needs. This role will focus on maintaining accuracy across hotel booking channels, monitoring online content, tracking performance metrics, and supporting daily operational initiatives.
